PROCESS FOR BUYERS
- Once alerted to the auction, buyers register on our auction page. Our registration process is simple but our team are always on hand to assist
- Our team verifies all bidders and approves registration within 10 mins of registration
- We contact all buyers and guide them through the auction, we regularly update on auction progress, current bids and time remaining until the close of the sale
- Any questions or requirements from the buyer for paperwork scans etc. are responded to immediately
- In the unlikely situation of a reserve not being met, we speak to all bidders to encourage the highest post auction final bid
- We stay in touch with all bidders to update them on the next auction and understand any specific stock requirements
